We provide a variety of age-appropriate toys. Since the ages of the children we watch vary, all the toys we have are safe.
We have dress-up clothes, props and child-sized furniture that invite children to make believe. They try new careers, learn to share, make friends and express different emotions. Children also learn life skills like turning knobs on and off or buttoning and zipping clothes.
We encourage children to use their imagination during free play time. The play area allows for creative play with
blocks, dolls, and dress-up clothes. Boys and girls have equal access to the toys and play areas. The children are discouraged from playing roughly to allow children of all ages to play together. We discourage pretend gunplay.
